1. Material preparation: Select high-quality steel as the base

fittings and tools.
2. Processing and production: the steel is cut into the appropriate
length, and stacked into a certain number according to the design
requirements, and then the steel is processed, including welding,
bending, punching and other processes. The processed steel pipe is
combined into a predetermined structure and connected with pipe
fittings.
3. Oil removal, pickling: the processed steel pipe will be removed
oil and pickling treatment, so that the surface can be better
bonded with galvanized materials.
4. Preheating treatment: the steel pipe after oil removal and
pickling treatment is preheated, and the steel pipe is heated to a
certain temperature to improve its surface quality and adhesion.
5. Galvanizing treatment: The preheated steel pipe is galvanized by
hot dip galvanizing and electroplating.
6. Inspection and quality control: quality inspection and control
of galvanized steel pipe to ensure its quality and national
standards and customer requirements.
7. Packaging and transportation: The galvanized steel pipe is
packaged and then transported.
